I have been watching a lot of LoGH! I watched almost 30 episodes last week. If I continue at the same rate, I'll finish it by the end of this week, but I'll try to take my time with it. It is so good though. I love everything about it. All of the characters work perfectly together. All of the political ideas, mixed together with military strategy and social relationships. Ah, truly a masterpiece! After I finish it, I'll take a break from LoGH and watch some other series before watching the movie/OVAs and whatnot. Reinhardo-sama is possibly my favourite character, though it's so hard to choose one from so many. Aghh!
Nisemonogatari finale wasn't bad. I feel Tsukihi's arc was a bit rushed, although Nisemono shines brightest with the witty banter and comedy. Can't wait for the extra episodes. Senjougahara with short hair hnnggggg there wasn't enough of her this season. I'm just waiting for the new figure to be released! May take a while though!
I've also started watching Mitsudomoe, and it is pretty funny. Sometimes it is hilarious, whilst at other times it simply isn't as funny. It's like they can't make their minds up whether they wanted to be a full-out gag show, or whether there should be more slapstick. Of course, the gags are much better. The boobs do grate on me a bit though. They are way too obsessed with it in that show. It's interesting for them to use elementary school kids in an adult comedy programme. As they say; only in Japan!
I watched the Diebuster! movie last week. Man, I miss that show. I love the Gunbuster franchise with all my heart. Possibly the second best thing GAINAX has made, although it comes very close to Evangelion even though the two shows are so different. HARD WORK AND GUTS! Nono is a qt too. Noriko is still my favourite female pilot of all time.
What else? College is going great- I did have two days of depression last week I think it was. I don't know why I was sad, but I just was. But then I got my new laptop, and I cheered right back up! As soon as I start watching animu and playing games, nothing can faze me. With those two things alone, I can be happy! It's really weird and probably not healthy, but it keeps me going, and that's enough.
I find it really awkward when I talk to people on the internet/text often, but I hardly ever talk to them in person. Take JC for example. I used to text her so much, but I never saw her. Same goes with Angie, and now Lily too. It's not limited to these three people, but quite a few. I mean, it's because at college I hang out with different people, but I don't talk to them when I'm at home. I don't even have most of their numbers, and I'm not really too fussed about getting them either. Maybe it's a personality trait of mine. Not a good one though; I should maintain healthy relationships with all friends in person! I should talk to Natalie a bit more in school I guess, and Lily too, and whoever else I don't talk to enough. That means leaving my comfort zone, but if there is conversation to be made, it should be made!
Physics lecture this Friday will be on multiverses. My favourite topic! All based on theory and no actual proof. Sometimes I wish I was born a few hundred years into the future- but then I think I'm glad to have been born at all. Science will have advanced so much by then- and maybe my mortality would last longer.
